    Ever wanted to learn Brazilian Jujitsu? The Academy Eden Prairie has partnered with RWBO to provide a free BJJ introductory lesson and celebrate after with a BBQ at Round Lake Park. Limited to 40 members*. Registration* opens March 1, 2025. Members will be notified of registration confirmation no later than May 3, 2025.

    Sunday, May. 18, 2025 from 11a - 2p
    Jujitsu lesson from 11a-12p
    BBQ from 12:30p-2p

    WHO: 
    RWBO members* ONLY

    WHAT:
    RWBO MEMBERS ONLY Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ) lesson hosted by The Academy Eden Prairie and BBQ afterword in the parking lot.

    Bring a side dish/drinks to share: Chips, deserts, salads, sodas, water etc. Burgers and Hot Dogs will be provided. No alcohol.

    *Remember to sign up as a member before registering for the event.

    *Registration does not  guarantee a spot at the event. Selection will be done independently once registration is closed. As always we post to gauge interest and give time for people to sign up to become members. A subsequent email will be sent to all active members with an open registration time of 60 days.   • Friends and Family Summer Picnic

    Join us for a Friends and Family picnic for veterans, their families and anyone that wants to join us for a picnic of fun in the sun! Get to know other veterans in the area, members of RWBO and meet the friends and family who have supported our mission. All ages welcome!

    RWBO members, families, friends and RWBO supporters

    WHAT:
    A grill-and-chill

    There is a volleyball court, beanbag toss, play structure nearby
